What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity in Administrative Support and Customer Service where I can use my experience in administrative operations, client relations, team training, and problem-solving to deliver high-quality support and operational efficiency.

At LL Energia, I prepared energy savings reports for Free Energy Market clients and analyzed billing data to identify tariff inconsistencies.

I validated electricity billing invoices and provided consultative support on technical and commercial inquiries. I also opened and monitored requests with power distributors.

At AeC, I handled inbound customer support for Cemig and Cielo products. After joining the Quality Assurance & Training Team, I developed onboarding materials and trained new hires.
