At Coca-Cola United, I diagnose, repair, install, test, and maintain vending machines, fountain dispensers, coolers, and bar equipment across customer sites.

I troubleshoot refrigeration leaks, CO2 issues, electrical shorts, and dispensing problems while completing preventive maintenance, calibration, service logs, parts reports, and customer guidance. I work to OSHA standards and Coca-Cola operational protocols.

Previously at Goodyear, I managed service-office operations, communicated technician diagnoses to customers, distributed workloads, handled warranty payments and tickets, maintained inventory, and supported scheduling and audits.

My Air Force armament background strengthened my ability to inspect and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, interpret technical manuals and schematics, maintain detailed records, and train junior technicians in safety-focused procedures.
