I’m a Marketing Operations Specialist (APAC) with 11 years of experience across insurance and APAC regional operations. I specialize in claims lifecycle management, budget tracking & reporting, and cross-functional program execution in structured global environments.
In my current role, I support end to end execution of APAC marketing operations, keeping multiple stakeholders aligned across systems and regional guidelines. I also manage full claims lifecycle within MPP—including reservations, amendments, cancellations, and status tracking across multiple markets.
I partner closely with OEM stakeholders (ASUS, MSI, HP, DELL, LENOVO) to support regional marketing program execution across APAC. I monitor OEM budget utilization and produce accurate reporting of spend and variance to improve visibility for stakeholders.
Previously, I worked in claims roles where I handled end-to-end claims processing with strict compliance, turnaround times, and first contact resolution. From Cigna to AIA Shared Services, I processed high-volume claims, coordinated with internal teams and service providers, and supported appeals, complaints, and formal claim correspondence.
