At ApiCareOrganic Pvt. Ltd, I mobilised more than 125 smallholder beekeepers across three Himalayan districts into one supply chain. I redesigned production around village clusters after native colonies absconded, and the resulting village training led to a government partnership.
I built D2C and export channels, pricing, inventory and logistics from zero, reaching EUR 22,000+ in revenue. I also secured USD 20,000+ in non-dilutive grants and paid farmers 33–47% above bulk-buyer offers in cash on collection.
As a Training Partner for the Government of India’s World Bank-financed MSME Programme (RAMP), I trained 104 participants in entrepreneurship and food processing. I coordinated compliance with department secretaries and KPMG, with zero findings in every review cycle, and secured a second-round work order across five locations.
As an independent consultant, I digitised four Himalayan resorts and helped drive EUR 135,000+ in cumulative bookings. I’m also developing FarmLedger, a thesis platform for producer traceability and credit records, and have produced destination video and photo assets at Hotel Poreč (HPDuga).
