I founded Izabella Naomi as a space to rethink motherhood through ecology, feminism, and collective care. My work brings together maternal mental health, ecopsychology, and regenerative leadership to offer workshops, support groups, and training programs. The aim is to create spaces where mothers and professionals can reflect, reconnect with nature, and explore more sustainable ways of living and

On maternity leave I carried out the most essential form of leadership: care work. I nurtured a little human being, sustained life, and held space for growth and survival. This is not a pause in my career, but the foundation of everything else I do and who I am.

Backpacked through Central America, living with local families and supporting with childcare and English teaching. This experience broadened my perspective, strengthened my adaptability, and deepened my cross-cultural understanding.

During my position I managed twenty employees, ran the shop, created sales displays and made formed the work schedules. I was in charge of the communications between my superiors and my employees, to the B2B and B2C customers, to the production etc.

Worked as Sales Associate at Social Foodies.

During my internship, I have worked with Thor Thorøe, who i.a. founded Paradis and Social Foodies. I worked closely and weekly with Thor on his new concept. I use project management tools, business start-up methods, business development and creative and innovative processes. Furthermore I have been responsible for opening up the new Social Foodies store in Aarhus.

Worked as Salesperson at Bagt.

Uganic is a socio-economic activity that, in close cooperation with local farmers, makes sure that the cooperation makes sense as well as a wide selection of the African goods. At Uganic we sold colorful fruits and exotic vegetables such as sugarcane, apple bananas, jackfruits, soursop and tamarind. Unfortunately due to Corona, Uganic had no other choice than to close down.

Internship in The Netherlands at JDE Research and Development department. Working on making their packaging more sustainable towards their goal to have all packaging recyclable or compostable by 2025.

As a barista and waitress, I have served for thousands of customers over the years. As a manager, I was in charge of a team of eight employees per shift and had to make sure the store was going as it should. I have been responsible for general responsibility for the store, sick leave, ordering etc.

Certified in Maternal Ecopsychology® under the guidance of Dr. Allie Davis. The training integrates trauma-informed practice, ecological awareness, and maternal development, examining how systemic, ecological, and psychological dimensions shape motherhood and how to hold transformative spaces for mothers.

Completed the Leading Mother Nature Circles online course and received accreditation as a Mother Nature Circle Facilitator via MotherNatureProject.org. Trained in the theory, structure, and ethics of maternal circles, skilled in holding relational space, guiding collective reflection, and facilitating deep listening and connection among mothers.

Completed certification in Postpartum Counseling with Jozefina Skovgaard and Isabella Ariel (Cand. psych.), with a focus on motherhood studies, the theory of matrescence, and matrescentric feminism. The training emphasized critical perspectives on maternal identity, societal structures, and the facilitation of reflective spaces for mothers in transition.
