At Château Chapiteau, I worked as a farm assistant in market gardening across two seasons. I also worked at Mangholm in market gardening, as a farmworker, and as a carpenter.
With the Department of Plant Protection Biology at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, I drove to forests across Sweden to set up and inspect pheromone traps for Tragosoma beetles as part of “The Pinewood Project.”
My farming experience includes greenhouse work at ByGrowers A/S and Verticanal, and farm internships in several countries. I also volunteered in organic farming, reforestation, permaculture gardening, and natural building projects.
