At Charterhouse Lagos Nigeria, I headed the IT department and reported directly to the COO. I recruited and developed a team of five, and wrote the job descriptions that defined their roles and responsibilities.
I developed IT policies and operating procedures covering access, endpoint management, backups, disaster recovery, and incident response. I also managed campus infrastructure and enterprise platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
At Redtech Limited, deployed to Heirs Energies Nigeria, I serve as the on-site ICT contact, handling incidents and escalations through ITSM processes. I support Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint configuration, and maintain asset records while coordinating network remediation.
