What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer or technical support role where I can communicate with clients clearly, handle details reliably, and learn CRM/ticketing systems quickly.

I’m a bilingual customer & technical support specialist who’s built my day-to-day around clear communication—chat, calls, and video—inside close-knit educational teams.

Most recently, I taught and mentored children from refugee and vulnerable backgrounds with “Equally Different,” using horizontal pedagogy to help people work through learning and everyday issues.

Earlier, at Krasnoyarsk Summer School, I designed and taught “Introduction to Versification (Prosody),” created philology and linguistics problems for selection rounds, and supported a small group of students as a counselor-educator while handling logistics for track events.

I’m comfortable as a PC user with basic troubleshooting and I learn new tools quickly. I’m studying English & Communications at American University of Armenia and I’m available for full-time remote support work.
