I am a dedicated risk analyst currently working at PayPal, where I have honed my skills in fraud detection and compliance since July 2021. My journey began in customer service, where I developed strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Over the years, I have transitioned into roles that focus on fraud prevention and risk analysis, allowing me to leverage my analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Prior to my current position, I worked at Genpact Guatemala as a fraud early warning representative, where I sharpened my skills in identifying fraudulent activities. My experience also includes a significant tenure as a customer service representative at 24/7 Guatemala, where I achieved personal goals and developed a strong foundation in client relations. I am committed to continuous learning and improvement, particularly in the areas of anti-money laundering and compliance.
