As an Underwriting Manager, I lead and supervise financial analysis teams responsible for evaluating capital risk and making critical decisions on the approval and structuring of merchant cash advances. I manage an active client portfolio and its overall health to mitigate losses, while guiding staff so evaluations comply with risk policies.
