What I'm looking for
I’m a Product Manager with 4+ years in product and growth, and I run new-market expansion end-to-end—from localization and partner deals to payments and meta-search execution. At Aviasales, I’ve brought markets from nothing to live, including launching Armenia single-handedly.
I doubled Armenia’s revenue in its first three months by rebuilding audience targeting around profitability-based segmentation and aligning key stakeholders behind it. I also set up an AI pipeline that reads 6,000–8,000 support tickets per month and turns the biggest complaint themes into roadmap decisions, helping me scale support (WhatsApp and Telegram) without adding an analyst.
Before that, at BTS Digital (Aitu), I rebuilt onboarding from seven screens to four to get users to value in about two minutes, ran 50+ in-depth interviews and surveyed 1,000+ users to pressure-test key features, and shipped onboarding and custom playlists using service blueprints with engineering and design. I’m strongest at launching and localizing products for emerging markets, while staying comfortable going deep on the technical side (service blueprints, API design, and service design).
