12 years in product, UX, and UI design across B2B SaaS, fintech, and productivity tools. I've worked as a founding designer at two startups — owning everything from brand and design system to product strategy and delivery — and as a senior IC embedded in cross-functional teams at larger companies.

At Cubbi, I redesigned onboarding from a 40-field form nobody could finish to 12 inputs with 95% self-serve completion, eliminating the account manager bottleneck. I built the full design system from zero and shipped SmartPrep, a personalized meal recommendation feature that drove 15–19% more orders per user per month.

At PandaDoc, I led the core editor redesign — activation up 8%, churn down 7%, task completion time down 22%, NPS up 16 points. I contributed to four cross-functional teams simultaneously, balancing large initiatives with smaller ones.

Earlier I was the sole designer for Scanner Pro at Readdle — a B2C iOS/iPadOS app — where I rebuilt the UX, built a scalable design system, and supported a successful transition to a subscription model.

My design background goes further: 16 years total including branding, graphic design, illustration, and web design across freelance and agency work before moving into product full-time.

I use AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, Figma Make — as actual workflow infrastructure, not as experiments. I prototype in Claude before I open Figma, build analytics cohorts in Amplitude with AI assistance, and draft engineering handoff docs from design output.
