What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product design in an environment where discovery, empathy, and problem framing guide decisions; AI accelerates exploration without replacing judgment; and I can collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to solve ambiguous problems.

At Promptcore | ContentEngine, I lead end-to-end design for an AI-powered SaaS platform, starting with empathy work and problem framing before moving into Figma or AI tools. I partner directly with the CEO and engineering to resolve ambiguity and deliver cohesive solutions.

I've spent 13+ years shaping consumer, B2B, and enterprise product experiences, including work with Datainvent Systems, Cardinal Biologicals, and more than 10 concurrent independent client engagements. My work connects validated user needs and business goals through journey maps, information architecture, interaction patterns, personas, and prototypes.

I use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and FigmaMake daily for ideation, exploration, and rapid prototyping, while applying hand-crafted precision in Figma when production-ready, component-based delivery is needed. I run structured experiments to determine when AI-assisted, code-to-canvas, and canvas-to-code workflows create the most value.

Previously, I led a ten-person design team at Grappetite for seven years, helping teams turn bold ideas into elegant, scalable, human-centered experiences. I'm most energized by unclear problems, thoughtful collaboration, and design decisions grounded in research rather than assumptions.
