What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a scientific support role where I can combine remote customer-facing experience, technical issue resolution, clear communication, and a strong molecular biotechnology background.

I've supported a global customer portfolio at Lanterna Education, guiding customers through consultations, onboarding, technical issue resolution, and ongoing support across international time zones.

I also built remote recruitment, documentation, training, and onboarding workflows for 150+ specialist educators. As an online Biology tutor and content creator, I delivered 1,000+ hours of live tuition, presented webinars to 150+ attendees, and maintained a 4.8/5 Lanterna rating.
