At Etihad Aviation Training, I own the learning-design cycle for the cabin crew induction programme, from needs analysis and curriculum structure through content, assessments and evaluation. The programme serves approximately 1,400 new employees each year.
I build e-learning content and digital assessments using Atiom and Articulate Storyline 360, and delivered a certified Storyline module. For the Avianca Train-the-Trainer programme, I used Claude (Opus) to help co-design curriculum that brings together Etihad's and the partner airline's manuals and reflects its operational context.
I designed and delivered the five-module Style & Image Clinic, upskilling more than 70 trainers. I created trainer guides and reusable playbooks, then refined later modules using learner feedback and expert recommendations.
Earlier, I delivered induction and premium service training at Etihad, and at NS-AS d.o.o. | RADIO AS FM I led and trained client-facing agents and managed campaigns from client briefings through post-campaign reports. I'm now looking to bring my instructional design experience into a technical, AI-focused learning environment and grow further in applied AI curriculum design.
