At Beacon Red, I led end-to-end learning and development programmes, managing design, implementation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. I worked with HR stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify capability needs and plan learning initiatives.
I translated Training Needs Analyses into learning solutions and supported SMEs in advising clients on learning needs. I also managed external training providers and checked their deliverables against learning objectives, quality, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
I improved L&D delivery processes through workflow automation and learning technology enhancements. I evaluated learning effectiveness using stakeholder feedback, participation data, delivery reports, and assessment outcomes.
Earlier, I coordinated training and learning activities at the International Committee of the Red Cross and delivered communications and briefings at the United Nations Relief and Works Agency. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Translation from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Highfield Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training.
