At Schneider Electric, I lead the planning and delivery of learning programmes and commercial solutions across the Middle East, including KSA and the Gulf. I work with Sales, Proposals, and Service teams to shape training solutions and execute contracts and statements of work.
I manage Learning Services proposals, pricing, and forecasting, and oversee the client journey from solution design through post-delivery evaluation. I use win–loss ratios, client feedback, and market trends to refine commercial strategies and learning offerings.
Earlier, I managed EMEA project operations through SAP, including resource forecasting, utilisation, and compliance, and streamlined billing and invoicing workflows. My experience also includes directing centre operations at FrankFinn Institute of Air Hostess Training and coordinating pilot training schedules at Emirates–CAE Flight Training.
