I'm currently managing Levi's in St Julian's, leading daily operations, customer enquiries and escalations, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.

I've progressed through Store Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and Sales Assistant roles at Levi's, building hands-on experience in coaching employees, monitoring performance indicators, supporting revenue, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

I manage confidential records, invoices, receipts, delivery documentation, product information, stock takes, cash and inventory discrepancies, and product import documentation. I also coordinate internship placements, including onboarding, scheduling, and supervision.

Earlier, I worked as a Sales Assistant at BigBon Group, supporting customers, checking deliveries, maintaining stock, and helping stores run efficiently. I communicate confidently in English, Maltese, Italian, and Romanian, and use Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
