Itziar Gonzalez

At The Bridge - Digital Talent Accelerator, I managed B2B projects from planning through execution, keeping deadlines and budgets on track. I also created monthly and final client reports in Looker Studio.

I worked with key clients including Mercedes Benz, maintaining strategic relationships and supporting account retention and growth. I also organized corporate events for clients such as Mercedes Benz and Accenture.

At Kingsley Gate Partners, I coordinated executive search processes, schedules, interviews, and client and candidate follow-up. I also supported searches across Latin America with client intake, candidate research, presentations, spreadsheets, and CRM updates.
