What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to effective teamwork by helping develop, supervise, and implement plans and strategies that support company objectives.

At Kigo Chemical, I generate invoices and credit notes, enter orders, and follow up on deliveries. I also respond to customer complaints and work to resolve them.

Previously, I worked as an Ejecutiva de servicio al cliente at Grupo Phoenix, tracking deliveries by GPS and coordinating delivery and pickup schedules. I also processed orders for key accounts and used the Soriana retail customer portal.

I hold a Licenciatura en Turismo from Universidad Mexicana Plantel Izcalli. I use Microsoft Office and have advanced English.
