I am a Training & Quality specialist with over 15 years of experience building evaluation frameworks, quality-control protocols, and training programs across diverse industries. I combine a strong attention to detail with a systematic approach to content assessment and compliance.

I have extensive experience leading remote, distributed teams—managing global groups of 150+ instructors—and designing curricula, calibration sessions, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Recently I expanded my focus to AI content evaluation, safety assessment, and the testing of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
