I am a project manager with formal training in project management and practical experience in customer-facing operational roles. I hold a B.Ed. in Biology from Delta State University and multiple project management certifications from Google/Coursera earned between 2023 and 2024.

My background includes five years as a Front Officer/Reservation Agent where I managed reservations, inventory of hotel revenue, check-in/check-out processes, and upselling of services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Earlier, I worked as a Personal Banker providing exceptional customer service, cross-selling products, defining product features, and analyzing product metrics while managing all account types.

I bring strong skills in Jira, Scrum, Kanban, Asana, Microsoft Office, and soft skills such as communication, leadership, prioritization, strategic thinking, and time management. I am seeking a full-time project management role where I can apply Agile practices to drive execution and improve operational outcomes.
