At Qualtrics, I lead global collections operations across EMEA, AMS, APJ, and LATAM, managing a $489M average AR portfolio and teams across Mexico, the U.S., and Romania.
I exceeded a quarterly cash collections target by $40M, collected a record $133M in balances over 90 days, and helped deliver Qualtrics’ largest quarterly cash collection result. I also led Tesorio implementation across four ERPs and automated collection, dispute, and portal-upload workflows.
Previously at Micro Focus, I led 39 people across Collections, Deductions, and Cash Applications for the Americas. I reduced unapplied cash by $9M, cut debit balances over 120 days past due by 75%, and supported the Micro Focus-to-OpenText transition.
