I'm looking for a customer or business operations role where I can strengthen credit, collections, and O2C processes, use data to manage risk, partner across teams, and improve customer outcomes.

I've spent 12+ years improving customer operations, Order to Cash, credit risk, accounts receivable, and customer support for North America.
