I’m a Finance & Operations Manager with 8+ years across U.S., European, and LatAm markets, focused on turning finance operations into a measurable growth engine. I’ve delivered $270K+ in cost savings by redesigning Order-to-Cash (O2C), implementing ERP, and optimizing collections workflows—while keeping compliance tight across US GAAP, Mexican GAAP, and IFRS.

In my current role at Distillery Tech, I engineered $250K+ in annual savings by redesigning end-to-end O2C, slashing billing errors, accelerating dispute resolution, and tightening collections workflows.
