What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer service or back-office role where I can use my interpersonal, administrative, and organizational strengths to support business success.

I'm currently managing guest check-in and check-out, inquiries, complaints, and administrative tasks as an All-round Receptionist at Premier Suites Antwerp.

Previously at Radisson Blu Antwerp, I managed overnight operations, completed daily financial procedures, prepared reports, and maintained invoicing and booking systems. I resolved guest concerns efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining operational accuracy.

My experience also includes coordinating operations, team activities, inventory control, and supplier communication as an Assistant Manager at NemNemCaPhe, as well as delivering customer service at Hard Rock Cafe Brussels.

I bring fluent Dutch, English, and Russian communication skills, along with a customer-focused approach to front-office, administrative, and service operations.
