I’m a management consulting professional with close to 3 years’ experience across specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, and oil & gas. I focus on market-entry strategy, portfolio realignment, and EBITDA improvement, combining strong market assessment with rigorous financial modelling and client-facing delivery.

At Deloitte, I supported a market entry strategy for a USD 10 billion petrochemical project (demand forecasts to 2050, supply–demand gap, and margin analysis), identified EBITDA root causes (~–10–15%) and developed value chain and digital-led recommendations, and built state-wise incentive models for refinery-integrated petrochemical projects including GST, excise, and customs duties. I also work on policy advisory and bid-out vs cost-plus tariff frameworks for gas pipelines, and I craft high-impact pitch decks for 25+ digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, and AI proposals.
