I've supported energy-sector strategy work at KPMG Advisory Services, analyzing more than five years of financial and strategic data for Indian and global oil marketing companies. My work identified a 10–14% Non-Fuel Retail growth gap and informed recommendations for senior leadership.

I built comparative revenue models and a three-level ARB framework to quantify Non-Fuel Retail contribution across Indian and global markets. I also validated fragmented financial data in Excel and converted complex analysis into client-ready strategy decks.

At ONGC's Tatipaka Refinery, I analyzed operating parameters and process flows at a 200,000 MT/year mini-refinery. I gained practical exposure to crude processing, separation, process control, product flows, and energy-efficient refinery operations.

Beyond consulting, I build data products and growth cases, including a Streamlit dashboard for Uber demand and network analytics and an 18-month growth strategy for Ditto Insurance. I combine Python, SQL, Power BI, research, and quantitative analysis to turn business questions into measurable decisions.
