I’m an Associate Project Manager with 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise and government-scale software products from inception to production. I lead cross-functional teams of 12–17 members, manage multi-stakeholder expectations, and consistently ship complex digital solutions on time.

As a Certified Scrum Master, I facilitate Agile ceremonies end-to-end—sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives—while tracking risks and delivery milestones to protect timelines. I also run delivery assurance through UAT coordination and maintain release readiness with clear documentation across the SDLC.

In my current role at Wits Innovation Lab, I led end-to-end delivery of 4 production-grade ONDC applications and managed production support operations, resolving ~100 tickets per sprint cycle. I serve as a primary liaison between internal teams and government/enterprise stakeholders, coordinate third-party integrations, and use client feedback to shape product iterations.
