I’m a Technical Project Manager with 6+ years of industry experience managing multiple teams across the globe and delivering large projects with quality. I focus on requirement gathering, project management, and building the right artifacts across platforms based on business needs.

At Google Operations Center (06-2022 - Till date), I handle planning, estimation, scheduling, scoping, strategy, process improvement, product support, and escalation management. I maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix by liaising with stakeholders, and I work closely with the architect to create project plans and refinement. I also spearhead cross-functional agile teams, run agile ceremonies, and lead scrum implementations.

I ensure visibility and transparency through updated scrum artifacts and by tracking team velocity, sprint burn down, and product burn up to communicate product health to stakeholders. I organize release planning workshops, story map creation, and product workshops, helping the Product Owner define product vision, product backlog, milestones, and release plans. I continuously motivate the team to remove obstacles and improve productivity through better process and agile engineering practices.

Previously at 24.7.ai (10-2018 - 11-2021) as an Associate Project Manager, I facilitated sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. I supported backlog and release artifacts (product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint burndown, release burndown), managed stakeholder communication across development/QA/UAT/business, and coached agile team members while supporting upper management with status, risks, and next steps. I’m also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
