I want to lead product discovery and delivery in marketplace or digital platforms, partnering closely with operations, marketing, and commercial teams. I’m excited by clear KPIs, strong stakeholder collaboration, and products that measurably improve retention and engagement.

I’m a Product Manager focused on building and scaling digital products across B2B and B2C marketplaces. I work end-to-end on product discovery, backlog management, roadmap planning, and feature delivery—always aligning product decisions with user needs and business goals.

At Worldpackers, I manage Epic Trips, a group travel marketplace serving travelers, hosts, and creators/affiliates. I built and evolved an internal operations portal across the full lifecycle of trips, while also delivering customer-facing features for distinct personas, and designing notification and communication trigger rules to improve engagement and operational efficiency.

Previously at Supergasbras, I scaled digital products from 30K to 500K monthly orders while improving retention from 30% to 60%. I led continuous discovery, prioritized delivery using Jira and Azure DevOps, and launched key initiatives from scratch—like a loyalty and referral program and an internal campaign/voucher management platform—so marketing and commercial teams could move faster with lower operational cost.
