I’m looking for a role where I can combine digital marketing and social media advertising with strong customer service—communicating clearly, using tools like Canva and Instagram, and growing while helping clients get real solutions.

I’m an Advertising Assistant with experience in digital marketing and social media advertising management. I combine effective communication with in-person and WhatsApp-based customer support, helping clients get answers and solutions quickly.

Early in my career, I focused on sales and later worked as a BPO/Customer Service Agent, welcoming customers into programs and supporting clients across various commercial sectors. I’m friendly, resourceful, and empathetic, and I use digital tools like Canva, LinkedIn, and Instagram to create and promote content while supporting strong customer experiences.
