I’ve supported community members, students, older adults, and operational teams through client service, administrative coordination, and compassionate communication.

At United Parcel Service, I coordinated daily helper assignments and staffing needs, maintained records, tracked hours, handled paperwork, and communicated with employees, management, and drivers. I also helped ensure staff followed UPS safety policies and procedures.

With Miami-Dade Public Schools, I supervised children in academic and recreational activities, maintained attendance and daily activity reports, and encouraged positive learning habits and conflict resolution.

At Miami-Dade Public Library System and through volunteer work at Saint Dominic’s Church, I assisted diverse community members with information, resources, programs, events, companionship, and support. I’m certified in Basic Life Support and Mental Health First Aid and am pursuing client support, care coordination, intake, behavioral health, or administrative services opportunities.
