I'm currently supporting Assurant Solutions as a Senior Research Specialist, monitoring customer accounts, processing invoices, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, following up on collections, and resolving billing discrepancies.

I've also supported customers through claims at SPECTRAFORCE and managed invoicing, insurance claims, client follow-up, and appointment scheduling at Rollback Ally. As a Medical Interpreter Trainer at Teleperformance, I onboarded new interpreters, coordinated with payroll, supervisors, quality control, and human resources, and prepared classes of 10–15 students for the Interpreting Skills Assessment.

I bring bilingual English and Spanish communication, customer care, leadership, de-escalation, time management, and Excel/data analysis experience. I grew from customer advocate to supervisor at OneLink, leading teams of up to 64 advocates.
