At Huawei I developed and implemented Green Site Solutions for 7+ operators across Africa and led renewable energy integrations in green site modernization across five countries, reducing Opex and carbon footprint. I have conducted detailed energy audits and data-center power reviews that improved uptime and reduced costs, and I implemented a preventive maintenance plan that cut maintenance costs by 10% while improving equipment uptime. I also drove bidding, proposals, and on-site delivery for regional site power modernization projects.
