At Addwill Partners Barcelona, I handle on-site and remote IT incidents and administer Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. My work includes managing user accounts and configuring profiles through Active Directory and GPOs.
I configure firewalls, corporate antivirus, and security policies, and maintain networks using TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. I also diagnose and repair hardware, manage backups, and configure MySQL databases.
Previously, I provided on-site support at Roche Diagnostics Sant Cugat, including conference support and workstation setup. At Cuatrecasas Barcelona, I assembled workstations, installed operating systems, configured user profiles, and used AD and SCCM.
