I’m a Creative Content & Learning Experience Designer who blends instructional design and brand development to create learning experiences that deliver high-impact training. I’ve designed training programs and materials for 10,000+ employees, partnered with stakeholders to align content to real business needs, and led cross-departmental communications with 16+ teams.
Across roles, I translate complex processes into compelling, visual stories that drive engagement and retention—using adult learning theories to build facilitator and participant guides, ILT decks, eLearnings, job aids, and hybrid approaches. I also leverage new technology, including Large Language Models, to develop relevant assets like custom graphics and short form videos, while supporting learning with multimedia production, storyboarding, and brand-consistent design.
