I'm seeking a Human Resources Generalist position where I can bring my recruitment expertise and HR administration skills to support employee engagement, productivity, and retention through tailored programs and policies.

At TALENTSPHERE, I manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers on labour market conditions and recruitment strategies, and develop targeted campaigns to meet workforce needs.

At TEEMA SOLUTIONS GROUP, I managed 20 concurrent searches and staffed 300 call-center positions across North America under tight timelines. I recruited temporary, contract, and permanent roles, maintained ATS/CRM records, and supported onboarding.

Earlier, at UNIVERSITY OF LETHBRIDGE, I directed development of a feasibility study that resulted in a $2M on-campus daycare facility. I also worked on financial system implementations at ASYMA SOLUTIONS, including installing Sage/ACCPAC modules and providing post-implementation support and training.
