What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work where I can structure complex information, build clear processes, and organize a team’s work. I value autonomy and responsibility for outcomes, and want to make decisions within my area of responsibility and carry tasks through to completion.

At Агентство событий «Май», I organized full-cycle events, from briefs and estimates through delivery and closing documents. I coordinated up to 35 contractors and delivered around 30 events, including the opening of a hydraulic facility construction project with a ₽7 million budget.

At ООО «Лаборатория предпринимательства» — бизнес-клуб Reforma, I organized operational and financial processes for a company with annual turnover of about ₽50–70 million. I systematized financial accounting in Fintablo and introduced department budgets with spending limits.

At ООО «Альфабет Медиа» – завод по производству интерактивного оборудования, I coordinated up to 10 projects at a time, with up to 20 during busy periods. I reorganized Bitrix24, cleared around 800 overdue leads, and connected sales workflows with production; I also handled a ₽5 million deal for 60 units of equipment.

At Школа вокала «ФаСоль», I supported 13 franchise launches and independently opened two branches, in Нижний Новгород and Минск. I enjoy work that involves structuring complex information, building clear processes, and taking responsibility for outcomes, with the autonomy to make decisions in my area.
