I am a seasoned flight attendant and Lead Cabin Crew with 16 years' experience in in-flight operations, safety compliance, and passenger care. I regularly conduct pre-flight safety checks, manage cabin emergencies including administering CPR and first aid, and coordinate cabin maintenance issues with the Pilot-in-Command.

I combine frontline aviation expertise with academic training—an MPhil in Business Administration (Sustainability Management) and an MBA in Human Resource Management—and research experience in brand and sustainability topics.
