Through my Diploma in Aviation Management (18 Months), I built a foundation in aviation operations, airport management fundamentals, airline marketing, ticketing systems, and aviation safety. I’m also completing a one-month industry internship arranged by the institute, strengthening my practical understanding of operational processes.
In my experience with Funland (Pvt.) Ltd., I managed high-volume bookings and reservations with accuracy, handled customer queries and complaints diplomatically, and maintained detailed daily records, reports, and cash transactions with accountability. I also coordinated with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery in a fast-paced public environment.
Before that, as a Ride Operator, I operated and monitored ride systems in compliance with safety protocols, ensured safety/security/comfort for customers, and responded calmly to operational or customer-related issues.
