What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my hotel reservation and revenue management experience in a role focused on pricing, inventory, forecasting, distribution channels, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've supported reservation and revenue operations at Renaissance Taipei Shilin Hotels and Just Sleep Hotels, managing booking pace, room inventory, pricing, and reservation accuracy.

At Just Sleep Hotels, I monitored pickup and forecast data, occupancy, yielding by market segment, and competitor rates. I also contributed to annual budget planning and managed OTA B2C and B2B channels.

I've coordinated revenue meetings with General Managers and Directors of Sales, worked closely with Front Office and Sales teams, and supported service recovery for customer complaints.

My hotel operations foundation began at Regent Taipei, where I coordinated housekeeping requests, allocated tasks, and maintained operational records. I work in Mandarin and English and use Opera PMS, SiteMinder, SynXis CRS, and Microsoft Office.
