At TripleTen LatAm, I built the Graduation & Alumni Coordinator role from the ground up, establishing processes, workflows, and communication strategies for the graduation lifecycle. I designed a structured process for coordinating requirements, student follow-up, internal validation, and post-completion communications.
As Student Success Manager at TripleTen LatAm, I supported a portfolio of 150+ students across Latin America. I monitored progress and engagement, followed up with students who had become inactive, and coordinated with internal teams to address barriers and support retention.
At Allianz, I moved from Claims Examiner to Senior Claims Examiner and then Quality Assurance Specialist. My work included reviewing claims, supporting examiners with claim processes and training, evaluating claims against operational standards, and generating reports based on monthly scores.
I studied Psychology at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and have taken courses in project management, data analysis, coaching, and Excel. In my roles, I’ve used tools including HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets, Discord, and Calendly to track activity and support operational workflows.
