What I'm looking for

I’m looking for counselling work where I can provide ethical, person-centred support, work with clients experiencing anxiety and life transitions, and continue growing through supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.

I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and a Registered Member of the BACP, with over 12-months experience providing one-to-one therapeutic support within an Employee Assistance Programme setting. I work with clients presenting with anxiety, bereavement, work-related stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and significant life changes, grounding my practice in Person-Centred principles and informed by Gestalt and Existential approaches along with CBT.

I bring a strong commitment to ethical, client-centred care through reflective practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to the BACP Ethical Framework. Alongside my counselling training, I am currently completing the final year of a BSc (Hons) Psychology with Counselling at the Open University, and I continue to develop core therapeutic skills such as empathy, active listening, assessment and goal setting, therapeutic relationship building, and safe practice through clinical supervision.
