I’m a Technical Customer Success Manager specializing in data systems, APIs, and complex developer-facing product implementations. At CData, I designed and scaled onboarding for CData Sync and ConnectAI used across enterprise customers, led migrations (~1,200 tables, 61M+ rows) across PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Oracle, and Databricks, and resolved CDC/incremental replication failures, schema drift, and high-volume workload issues—coordinating hotfixes with engineering while acting as a product advocate for better error handling and data validation.
