At Engineering.it, I support enterprise PEGA applications for process automation across finance, logistics, and the public sector. I design and execute QA test cases, coordinate UAT, and lead API and database integrations with Salesforce and third-party systems.

At Ikons-SEE.com, I led Salesforce implementations and engineered a bidirectional Odoo ERP–Salesforce sync that eliminated 75% of manual data entry. I also configured HubSpot workflows and contact segmentation.

I founded DuaCrypto, a Bitcoin media and community project that grew to 3,000+ members and offers Albanian-language education on Bitcoin self-custody. I also co-developed an AI chat and analytics app for LoveLabs using LangChain and LLM APIs, deployed with Docker on AWS ECS.
