What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-facing role where I can coordinate operations, support customers and teams, and continue developing my social media content and digital communication skills.

I've supported customer-facing operations at French Revolution, Hotel Yesterday, Zehava Jewelry and HB Design Team, handling enquiries, reservations, offers, payments, sales support and day-to-day administration.

At Hotel Yesterday, I managed guest and client communication across phone, email and in person, prepared tailored event offers, and coordinated requirements between clients and hotel teams. I’m comfortable keeping service moving in fast-paced environments while resolving issues practically.

Alongside my operations experience, I create Canva-based social media concepts, Instagram carousels and branded materials through IM Digital. I’m studying Communication Sciences and building a portfolio in content design, digital communication and brand presentation.
