I’m a backend engineer working on compliancemonitor.cl, a regulatory-compliance SaaS for Chile’s Law 21.719 on data protection. I built a Next.js 15 dashboard with a FastAPI microservices backend, designed event-driven flows with Redis Streams, and wired recurring billing and automated alerting with Flow.cl.

For a real government client at the Coquimbo Regional Prosecutor’s Office, I’m building a scraping and LLM classification pipeline for crime-related news using a multi-stage approach with local models via Ollama, plus a Next.js 15 REST API and Python with PostgreSQL and Redis. Previously, I developed an AI agent for Governance, Risk, and Compliance using RAG over an ISO/NIST controls database in MongoDB, with Azure OpenAI exposed through a Swagger-documented FastAPI REST API and a Streamlit interface.
