I’m an HR and payroll specialist with 8+ years of combined experience in HR (C&B/Payroll/Recruitment/IR) and 2 years accounting experience. At Nexperia Malaysia, I’ve supported the full payroll cycle by processing critical payroll inputs—new hires, terminations, complex deductions and allowances—using HRIS platforms including Workday and Orisoft, while maintaining strict data integrity and local labor law compliance.

I also strengthen the people side of payroll through compensation and benefits support, insurance management, and accurate HR records that directly enable monthly payroll processing. In parallel, I’ve managed recruitment life cycles for technical staff, administered the PIP process, and now handle Industrial Relations by updating the employee handbook to align with current legislation and company policy.
