I am an entry-level customer service professional with a foundation in client communication, service delivery, and customer interaction. I am very adaptable, have good communication skill, and I’m passionate about creating positive customer experiences while contributing to team success in service environments.

I bring customer-focused strengths such as customer satisfaction focus, complaint handling (basic level), relationship building, and time management. I work effectively in a team with self motivation, a strong work ethic, and a friendly, disciplined approach to understanding human behavior.

In 2022, I worked in a client-facing role as an Assistant Fashion Designer at Dacal’s male Wears, strengthening my ability to communicate with clients and deliver service under real customer needs. I also completed a Certification in Information Technology Studies (2023) at National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT), building a base for digital communication and basic data handling.
